We are actively hiring for an Enrolled Agent in our Irvine office.

Our Licensed Enrolled Agents are based in our Irvine office. Qualified candidates will possess a strong focus on resolution.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Communicates regularly with IRS and/or State taxing agency by phone, email and/or fax.
  • Effectively prioritizes a high-volume caseload, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and close cases in a timely manner.
  • Manages assigned Client Pipeline and any correspondence with IRS/State authorities
  • Provides direction to Case Managers to keep Resolutions moving forward
  • Daily communication with clients and staff providing case updates and realistic timelines

Experienced with the following Processes:

  • Filing past - due tax returns
  • Removing an IRS levy or federal tax lien
  • Removing wage garnishment
  • Filing an OIC or CNC
  • Setting up tax payment plans

Required Skill Set:

  • Must hold an active license for an Enrolled Agent and have knowledge in matters of IRS and state taxation.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Enrolled Agent with a focus on tax resolution.
  • Experience speaking with IRS Collection/Revenue officers
  • Excellent Communication (both verbal & written) skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Exceptional Time Management ability
